Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to COVID-19, due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post or Startrack delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond My Little Secret reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales and so we follow any New South Wales Public Holiday.


Due to COVID-19 and the volume of online orders we may not meet our same next day dispatch promise. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from which will include your Australia Post eParcel or StarTrack consignment number.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on Monday to Friday we will always try our best to get shipped same day, if not we will dispatch your item the following day. My Little Secret will always get your  order to you as quickly as possible, however, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery.

Orders shipped via Australia Post eParcel Standard are not eligible for same day dispatch.


We currently only offer 1 type of packaging which is our standard discreet packaging. You will receive your product inside a plain looking satchel with no outside identifiers of what is included inside.

We are currently trialing Eco friendly wraps, Packaging, tape and delivery and hope we will soon be able to make the transition to this.



You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. For both Australia Post eParcel and StarTrack Express, this will be at approximately 10pm on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please e-mail us at and we will endeavour to get back to you during office hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST 


If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This will be where the driver deems appropriate.

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.


To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name, and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.


We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.


If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at who will get back to you between Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm AEST. If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.


Orders placed on this website can only be delivered worldwide and will incur a $25 Shipping fee.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
